From Singapore and married to a Taiwanese wife. We moved back to Kaohsiung Dec 2008 since my partner and myself could not handle Singapore life.

As for career, a Marine Engineer by Diploma. Served the Singapore Navy for 11 years, served a year in Mitsui B&W Engines as a Service Engineer. Finally served the Dutch Dredging Company as a Superintendent for 10 years before my current semi-retirement. Currently working as a freelance but most of the time spending my semi-retirement life in Kaohsiung just Blogging.

Beside this Blog, there is another main Blog which is Camping in Taiwan. We have done countless of outdoor and camping trips around Taiwan since 2006. Join us if you enjoy Taiwan adventure.

Coming from South East Asian country, I have grown to have an acute taste bud, South East Asian cuisine are still my favourite. Since I could not taste any authentic cuisine here, I have decided to learn and create my own to stratified my craving.

Google Maps
There are two Google Maps created, one is around Kaohsiung where we have been, eating or outdoor. The other Google Map is around our favourite Singapore Food eatery places. Hope these map can be of some used. At the moment we are still updating these maps.
