First time I visited this restaurant was back in 1978 when grandfather took us there for dinner. Since then I have visited this authentic Hainanese Restaurant with my family and friends many times.
A must try are the beef slices, gently run over the steamboat broth for 3sec and dip in raw egg yoke. You will feel the smooth texture running around your mouth.
Next is the Hainanese Chicken rice, this is as original as my grandmother used to prepare, original Hainanese Chicken skin should be yellow and chewy.
